I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation prior to booking any initial counselling session.
Sessions last for one hour and cost £55*, payment to be made prior to the session in cash or via bank transfer.
Sessions can take place online via teams, via telephone or in person at The Mind and Body Clinic, Lower Bond St., Hinckley.
I can also offer a walk and talk therapy session, at a mutually agreed location, for those who prefer a natural environment.
